We want you to love your piece. If something is not quite right, here is how we can help.
Unworn ready-to-wear pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. The piece must be in its original condition.
We are happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery. If your size is unavailable, we can offer store credit or remake the piece to measure.
Because bespoke and made-to-order commissions are crafted especially to your measurements, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We work closely with you on fit and detail before production begins.
Please contact the house or message us on WhatsApp with your order details within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping is arranged through our courier.
Approved refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned piece. Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit, usually within 7–10 working days.
Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are always our responsibility — we will make it right at no cost to you.
